DESIRAE HOOVER

Desirae Hoover is a Screenwriter and Production Coordinator from Houston, Texas. Filmmaking is her life as she has a Master of Fine Arts from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts from The Art Institute of Houston. After being published in several literary magazines and newspapers, including The Huffington Post from 2016 to 2017,  her first feature film Family After All, screened in September 2018.  She began working in commercials as Production Manager, Screenwriter, Script Doctor. While getting her Master’s at Full Sail, she produced  Stronghold, a short film screened at the Black Atlanta Film Festival in 2023. Desirae has also been a script reader for the Austin Film Festival.
